Alle Assets (HDRIs, Texturen und 3D-Modelle) auf dieser Seite sind das Originalwerk von Poly Haven-Mitarbeitern oder Künstlern, die ihre Arbeiten freiwillig und direkt an Poly Haven spenden/verkaufen.
Unsere Inhalte sind alle als CC0 lizenziert, was effektiv Public Domain ist, selbst in Ländern, die die Public Domain nicht unterstützen.

Mit anderen Worten:
- Du kannst unsere Assets für jeden Zweck nutzen, auch für kommerzielle Zwecke.

Warum CC0?
Wir glauben, dass die Vorteile dieser Lizenz die offensichtlichen Nachteile für uns als Unternehmen überwiegen.
Ja, es ist möglich, dass unethische Nutzer unsere Arbeit zu ihrem eigenen Vorteil weiterverkaufen (und dies auch tun), und zwar auf Kosten unwissentlicher Kunden, die nicht wussten, dass sie Inhalte kaufen, die sie hier kostenlos bekommen können.
Aber was die 3D-Industrie als Ganzes davon hat, dass unsere Arbeit so frei verfügbar ist, ist unbezahlbar.
Wir haben von zahlreichen Datenwissenschaftlern, Softwareentwicklern, Automobilingenieuren und KI-Forschern, die alle unsere Assets für ihre Arbeit nutzen, gehört, dass 3D-Kunst auch nur die Spitze des Eisbergs ist, was mit restriktiveren (sogar Open-Source-)Lizenzen einfach nicht möglich wäre.
Wir haben nichts gegen das Urheberrecht im Allgemeinen, wir glauben einfach, dass wir mehr Gutes in der Welt tun können, wenn wir so viel Freiheit wie möglich bieten.
